Barista Courses

• Barista courses cancelled 14 days or more, prior to the date of the course shall receive a full refund.
  
• Barista courses cancelled 13 – 3 days before the day of the booking shall receive a 50% refund.
  
• We do not offer refunds for barista courses cancelled less than 3 days before the date of the course, or for non-attendance on the day.
  
• Hej Coffee reserve the right to cancel courses in the event of low booking numbers, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will offer a full refund or seek to organize an alternative date in agreement with you. We regret that we cannot be liable for other expenses, travel etc., that may have been incurred.
